Les intervju med Gloria fra Kampala, som har hatt praksis i Solkollen barnehage:
Du skulle sett når foreldrene kommer og henter barna i Solkollen barnehage. De klemmer dem og viser masse følelser! 19-åringen Gloria Musinguzi fra Uganda er blitt fascinert av hvordan norske foreldre gir tillit og entusiasme til barna sine. Hun mener at når barna opplever at voksne stoler på dem, skal det mer til at de gjør noe galt. Gloria utdyper at i Uganda er ikke foreldre så komfortabel med å vise hva de føler for sine barn. Men hun er sikker på at det betyr masse for barna, både psykisk og mentalt, at noen viser at de elsker dem og stoler på dem.

Strømmestiftelsen: Act Now-studenter på Markens
Act Nowerne har stått på Stand i Markens i Kristiansand:
- Hei, vil du ha en kopp kaffi og ei bolle? Det er helt gratis. Vi hjelper folk i gang på morrakvisten! Det er tidlig morgen, og Markensgata i Kristiansand er nesten tom for folk. Her er bare varebiler, en feiebil, søppelbilen og syklende mennesker som haster til jobb. Blide ungdommer deler ut kaffe og boller fra Dampbageriet til forbipasserende. Det er Act Now-studenter som er ute for å markere Strømmestiftelsen i Kristiansands bybilde denne fredagen i juni.

Jenipher continues:17th of May is the National day for Norway. This day is a great day for the children in Norway, during the day there is matching along the street and service in churches, its also a day of eating eating ice cream especially the children.

Most of the poeple dress up their best spring clothes , with the norwegian fag or the 17th may ribbon pinned on thir lapel. It has become increasing popular to wear national dress -- the bunad-- on this occasion .There are many different forms of bunad from different parts of the country , and its amagnificent sight to see so many national costumes at one time.
