Being a mzungo [white person] here is a special experience. People shuot after you "Hey mzungo! How are you!" or just "mzungo!". The bodaboda [bicycle taxi] riders shout "mzungo! where are you going?". The ones not so into English shouts "habari!", meaning something like "how are you?" in Swahili, orthey shout something we don't understand in one of the other numberous languages spoken in this town.
