Eivind in Mbale: Introduction ceremony

When a woman wants to marry a man, she must take him and his family to her home for an introduction. This is a ceremony where the families gets to know each other, and where the grooms family has to pick the right girl, and the girl and some from her family has to find the right man. The ceremony also involves a bunch of presents from the groom's family to the family of the bride, and a plea to the bride's parents to accept the "few things" as a present and be willing to proceed in further arrangements leading to a wedding. The end of the ceremony is when the bride and groom exchanges rings, and formally gets engaged. Later on he bride price is going to be negotiated.
